Free classes
Our classes are free and educational. Registering does not create an agency relationship or obligate you to work with us. A written agreement is required before we represent you as a buyer or seller.
Class dates and times may change. If a class is rescheduled or canceled, we’ll let registered attendees know by email and, if you agreed to texts, by text.
Information only, not advice
Class content, replays and messages are general information about buying and selling real estate in California. They are not legal, tax or financial advice. Loan information is provided by licensed lenders, and approval, rates and terms depend on your situation. Talk with a qualified professional about your circumstances.
Recordings
Classes may be recorded. Replays are shared with people who registered. If you ask a question in the chat, it may appear in the recording. Don’t share personal financial details in the chat.
Text message program

How you join: By checking the texting box on a registration form. Consent is optional and is not required to register or to buy or sell property.
Message frequency: Varies. Usually a few messages in the week before a class and occasional follow-up after.
Cost: Message and data rates may apply. We don’t charge for texts.
